Completed in 2008, the Afya Center Center at Park Heights houses the serves and programs of the Park Heights Community Health Alliance, the Park West Health Systems' Men and Family Clinic, the Northwest Defenders (Maryland Office of the Public Defenders) and the Park Heights Injury Center. The location also house the Mother Henrietta Lacks Reading Room and the campus includes Afya Community Teaching Garden.

Park West Health System offers primary care and the access to the Hidden Garden Program for those seeking education and care living with AIDS/HIV.
